Eggstreme or Eggspeller?
Eggstreme or Eggspeller?
The BadBirdy Eggstreme and Eggspeller are designed to complement each other, offering flexible coverage depending on your needs. The Eggstreme has a range of 15–20 meters and includes Tile & IBR mounting brackets, making it ideal for larger areas or rooftops. The Eggspeller, with its 8–10 meter range, is perfect for tighter spaces and can be installed 10 meters apart, while the Eggstreme units are placed 20 meters apart. The Eggspeller does not include mounting brackets, making it a more lightweight, adaptable option. Choosing between them—or using both—depends on the area, structure, and intensity of bird activity.
Cleaning process
- Remove BadBirdy from turbine roof ventilator.
- Wash unit with any flat surface cleaner soap.
- After unit has been thoroughly cleaned, apply car polish with a cloth for extra shine and protection.
- Repeat process every 4 months for maximum effectiveness.
- BadBirdy will not completely eliminate bird infestations.
- BadBirdy will deter between 60 and 70% of pest birds.
- BadBirdy will not be effective if it is not installed in direct sunlight.
- BadBirdy will not deter roosting birds as they do not nest close to sunlight.
- BadBirdy will not deter nesting birds (they will protect their younglings at all costs).
- BadBirdy will not deter large colonies of gull birds which are already settled.
